Lessons from Experiantial Learning

 Water falls on me.

The waves wash away all my doubts.

My mind is open.

This haiku is trying to convey the clarity I achieved in doing this project. 

I usually never allow myself to fully take initiative in a project but I did this time.

I let the water flow.

And it went well.

I worked well with the team and got a lot of delegating and planning the project.

I learned that I'm actually quite good at motioning people towards success.

I still have issues being comfortable with this.

I also learned how to write a memo and how to cite personal interviews for what it is worth.
